In an industry affected by pricing pressures, Transcend is neither the lowest nor the highest in price. Indeed, a few years ago, we lost a few customers to competitors who offered lower prices. Certainly, we were disappointed. But we were equally gratified when not long thereafter, the clients returned to Transcend. The reasons could be anticipated. Though lower priced, the competitors just weren’t able to deliver in the most important categories:

• Turnaround time
• Quality of transcription
• Customer service

So before choosing a company based largely on price, remember that low price does not equal good value. Excellent quality and high levels of service along with the very best patient care and physician satisfaction for a fair price are what equal value. And that equals Transcend.
